As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word.
Where available, DOIs for the references have been provided.
The text is double-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and the location of all illustrations, figures, and tables are marked within the text at the appropriate points.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
The Author-Mentor Agreement form has been emailed to email@example.com
All submissions must include an abstract before the paper. The abstract should address, in general, the purpose of the research, the methods, and the conclusions that were drawn.
The paper itself has no minimum or maximum page requirement; however, most papers are between 10 and 25 papers.
All images, pictures, tables, and graphs should be clearly labeled within the text, and then should be uploaded as supplementary files to the main text of the paper. All images should be saved as .jpg, .tif, or .png and must be at least 300 dpi. You are responsible for obtaining permission for any copyrighted materials before submission.
While there is no set citation system for the whole journal, each article must have a consistent style. We recommend that submissions to the Natural Sciences, Engineering, and Social Science sections follow APA style while Humanities pieces follow MLA. However, this is not a requirement for submission
