Author Biographies

Emile van Binnebeke

Emile van Binnebeke became curator of European sculpture and furniture in 2009. He has an international museum experience and is a specialist in Late Gothic and Renaissance sculpture. As head of Collections at the Modern Art Museum in Arnhem, the Netherlands he participated in various projects involving digitizing museum collections.

Nacha Van Steen

Nacha Van Steen holds a Masters degree in Art Science from Ghent University, Belgium. She works on digitising the museum collections in the Royal Museums of Art and History in Brussels, Belgium. Since 2012 she has been project manager for KMKG in the Europeana Photography and Europeana Fashion projects.
