Cellular Landscapes in Watercolor

AbstractThe molecular structure of cells is currently not accessible to most experimental techniques, but a view may be synthesized from data on molecular structure and cellular ultrastructure. In this article, the authors present the preparation and process for creation of a painting that shows the molecular environment of a portion of a living cell.
